Ordering Out of Stock Merchandise/Items
General Note: People have been ordering items supposedly through
our website and are disappointed when we tell them that we do not have the item in current stock. We have been puzzled by
this, as the items are not even listed on our website. We checked with our website provider and found that there is a quirkiness
that exists with the search engines as follows: If a customer does a general search for an item, they may find it, and it
looks like it is coming up on our website even though we may not have it in stock. The customer should be going directly to
our website and not around it. This will usually insure that the items are currently in stock as we we try our best to maintain
a current inventory. We are sorry for any inconvenience, but if you try to shortcut the system, it will not always work for
you.
